What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • Your dog lives with our team at K-11 for 2 to 6 weeks, receiving daily one-on-one training alongside structured routines and daycare socialization. Programs are customized for basic obedience, behavior issues, advanced off-leash work, and service dog training. Length is determined at your free consultation based on your dog's needs and goals.

  • Same structured training as our Board & Train, but your dog comes in for the day and goes home each night. A great option for dogs who do better sleeping in their own environment while still making serious progress. Available as a standalone program or paired with daycare.

  • The first few months of a puppy's life are the most critical window for shaping how they respond to the world. Our puppy socialization program safely exposes your pup to new people, dogs, sounds, and environments in a controlled setting — building the confidence and adaptability that makes everything else easier down the road. Available for puppies 8 weeks and up.

  • One-on-one training sessions with our lead trainer, tailored to your dog's specific needs and your schedule. Great for targeted behavior work, skill building, or owners who want to be hands-on in the training process. Sessions are available in-person at our Warrensville Heights facility.

Tell us about your dog and your goals. We'll recommend the right program and answer any questions before you commit to anything.

Register & Evaluation

Create your account on our client portal and submit proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Once you're registered, we'll schedule a one-on-one evaluation with our lead trainer to assess your dog's temperament, behavior, and starting point.

Your Custom Program Begins

Based on the evaluation, we build a training plan tailored specifically to your dog. Every program at K-11 uses positive reinforcement and is adjusted as your dog progresses — whether that's Board & Train, Day Train, or private sessions.

Results You Can See

Your dog leaves every session better than they came in. At the end of your program, we walk you through everything your dog learned so the results stick at home too.

  • We have been going to K-11 for about 6 months, but we have known the head trainer Claire Goodfriend for over 7 years. We first met Claire when we had a very challenging German Shepherd and she was amazing with him. She was patient and unfazed by his antics! Fast forward to this past spring when we welcomed a new puppy to our family. Claire has been the guiding light in helping us with a very energetic, somewhat stubborn puppy. She has a magical way with dogs and I don’t think she has meet a challenge she couldn’t handle! She treats each dog is an individual rather than trying to make them work in one particular way. She has trained dogs to be therapy dogs, scent dogs and general all around great dogs! The puppy socialization exposes dogs in a safe and controlled environment to other dogs, new experiences and adventures! Whether it’s working with Claire and her team in the training room, getting some puppy energy out on the treadmill or going on excursions, Bentley is gaining valuable experience and life lessons! The facility at K-11 is all new with a wonderful training room, treadmills, a grooming room, indoor and outdoor space. Our little guy looks forward to going to puppy socialization and we look forward to working with Claire to better handle and support Bentley as he grows up.
