Grooming FAQ
What is one-on-one grooming?
A private session where your dog is the only dog with the groomer. It's designed for dogs who get stressed in busy environments, need extra handling time, or are new to grooming.
How do I know if my dog needs it?
If your dog gets anxious at the groomer, is a senior, is reactive with other dogs, or has had a bad grooming experience, one-on-one is a great fit. Not sure? Call or text 216-245-3470 and we'll help you decide.
How long does a groom take?
1.5 - 4 hours , depending on size and coat. We'll text you when your dog is ready.
Is there a fee for matting?
Yes. Matted coats take extra time and care, so additional non-negotiable fees apply.
